Job 30 Bible text

WEB: 1WEB

“But now those who are younger than I have me in derision,

WEB: 2WEB

Of what use is the strength of their hands to me,

WEB: 3WEB

They are gaunt from lack and famine.

WEB: 4WEB

They pluck salt herbs by the bushes.

WEB: 5WEB

They are driven out from among men.

WEB: 26WEB

When I looked for good, then evil came.

WEB: 27WEB

My heart is troubled, and doesn’t rest.

WEB: 28WEB

I go mourning without the sun.

WEB: 29WEB

I am a brother to jackals,

WEB: 30WEB

My skin grows black and peels from me.

WEB: 31WEB

Therefore my harp has turned to mourning,
